TERM AND CONDITIONS

We thank you for your generous donation to MAKNA through My Pledge Against Cancer.

DIRECT DEBIT/ AUTODEBIT DONATION:

By signing this Direct/AutoDebit Authorisation, you have authorised us to arrange for funds to be debited from your Credit/Debit Card.

Please ensure that there are sufficient funds available in your account to allow debit payments to be made in accordance with this Authorisation.

Please be informed that you will have to bear the cost/charge incurred if your account does not have sufficient funds or credit balance as a result of the debit made pursuant to this Authorisation resulting in insufficient funds or excess of credit limit.

If you notice any error in the debiting of your account, please write to us. Donation under the Direct Debit/Autodebit Authorisation is an on-going donation.

DEDUCTION FREQUENCY:

Subsequently, your account will be debited in accordance with the frequency that you have chosen overleaf (every month or every 6 months). Please refer to your credit card/bank statement for confirmation of deductions made.

TAX-EXEMPT RECEIPT:

You will receive your tax-exempt receipt from MAKNA, every beginning of the year, for donations received over the preceding months up to December of the previous year.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

We will keep all data in this Debit/ Autodebit/ Autopay Authorisation private and confidential. This Programme adheres to strict policy regarding the protection of the personal data of donor. No personal data, in its paper or electronic format, will be disclosed, used, modified, or reproduced to any other person or organisation, except in connection with the purposes and to the persons as set out in our Personal Data Protection Policy, which is available in our website.
